All prices are stated incl. VAT in DKK.

PAYMENT

We accept payment with all common payment cards.
The amount is only withdrawn from your card when the item is dispatched.

DELIVERY DENMARK

Parcel shop and home delivery with DAO : DKK 49

(please be aware that some products can only be delivered to DAO parcel shop. This appears under the product description, and if the wrong freight type is ordered, it will be changed to DAO parcel shop).

Collection in Kolding: Free. Packages can be collected every Wednesday between 15.00-20.00.

Free shipping on all orders over DKK 499.

CHRISTMAS 2023

DELIVERY DENMARK: Order no later than 20/12 at 10.00 for delivery before 24/12.

COLLECTION IN KOLDING: During Christmas we will be open at our warehouse in Kolding on 13 and 20 December, where you can shop and collect parcels. The address is: Gejlhavegård 10, 6000 Kolding.

We exchange Christmas presents until 15 January 2023.

RETURN

ATTENTION be aware that the length of stay in parcel shops can vary depending on which shipping company is used. We ship with GLS and DAO.
If an order has to be sent off again/returned to us because it has not been picked up in the parcel shop, it will cost DKK 39 in shipping, which is automatically deducted from the return amount.

Products purchased on mellow-mind.dk can be returned within 14 days of your order being received. Please send an email to hello@mellow-mind.dk, where you write your order number and which item you wish to return.

When using the right of withdrawal, the buyer bears all shipping costs.

Please note that the product must be unused and in its original packaging. Care products without packaging such as soap and shampoo bars cannot be returned.

COMPLAINT

Complaints about an item must be made within 24 hours after the item has been received.

In the event of a complaint, the buyer bears all shipping costs.
