STEP 1 / SHAMPOO BAR

Start by washing your hair in amild shampoo bar, which helps to remove dirt, excess oil and styling products from the hair. The shampoo bar works by opening the hair's cuticle a little, which prepares the hair for the next products that will moisturize and care in depth.

It is important to wash the hair twice with shampoo. The first wash dissolves the worst oil and product residues, while the second wash cleans more deeply and cares. You will probably notice that the shampoo bar lathers more during the second wash, as less oil in the hair helps the shampoo lather better.

STEP 2 / HAIR CURE

If you want to use a hair treatment, it must be applied after the shampoo bar and before using a conditioner bar. A hair treatment penetrates deeper into the hair than the other products and nourishes the hair from the inside. This is possible thanks to the shampoo bar, which cleans and opens the hair's cuticle so that the nutrients of the hair treatment can penetrate.

Remember: You don't need to use hair conditioner every time you wash your hair. Most people will find it sufficient to use it 1-2 times a week.

STEP 3 / CONDITION BAR

The last part of your hair wash is with a conditioner bar, also known as balsam bar in Danish. The role of the conditioner is to close each hair strand by covering it with a thin film that gives the hair shine and makes it shiny.
